| Abstract: | Based on institutional innovation theory and strategic alliances theory,we research the firm's advantages that are gained from institutional innovation in strategic alliances.We use the case of Guangzhou Lingnan Int' Enterprise Group Co.Ltd.These advantages are to improve the competence of alliance's firms,to share the resources and to learn among the alliance's firms. |
