摘    要:用例证法从幼儿思维的特点、教与学的过程和评价的标准等几个方面来说明非技术性特质在幼儿艺术教育中的地位和作用。从中可以看到艺术教育存在着重技巧、轻感受和扼杀孩子个性的问题。表明艺术教育不能违背儿童生理和心理的需求,必须增强情感和创造力等非技术性特质的培养。

Abstract:Using exemplification, from children thinking characteristics, teaching and learning process and evaluation standard aspects, this paper describes the position and role of non-technical characteristics in art education for children. From there you can see arts education exists problems of emphasizing skills, despising feeling, and strangling the personalities of children. That shows art education can not go against the physical and psychological needs of children, we must strengthen emotional and creative non-technical characteristics of the children.
