| Abstract: | In the article, it expounds the importance of the growth of high quality industrial cluster in the course of constructing Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Strait. It also discusses that Business Incubator plays a role of bridging between new technology and production, and then it brings some countermeasures to solve the problems which exist in the development of Business Incubator in Fujian. |
