| 摘 要： | 企业技术创新能否取得良好的绩效，在很大程度上取决于其技术创新战略的合理性和有效性。由于企业在不同发展阶段的技术水平和特点不同，因而就存在着不同战略机会的选择，如何选择恰当的技术创新战略直接关系到企业的成败。本文针对企业成长过程不同发展阶段，选择确定各阶段的企业技术创新战略。

| Abstract: | Whether the technology innovation of enterprise can gain excellent performance or not,most lies on the rationality and effectiveness of technology innovation strategy. Enterprise has different technology levels and characteristics in different seedtimes,so it exists diferent choices of strategic opportunity. How to choose proper technology innovation strategy decides directly enterprise's success or failure. Pinpointing the diferent seedtimes of enterprise's growth,the paper puts forward the technology innovation strategy of enterprise in all kinds of phases. |
