| Abstract: | Based on the requirement of the state's laws and rules on bid evaluation,integrating with the practical experience,the paper illuminates and analyzes several common methods of judgment of bid and it's scope of application.Simultaneously,the paper proposes a new method on judgment of bid with combining quantity and quality,which is called comprehensive judgment method. |
