| 摘 要： | 本文首先对国内外产业组织理论的研究进展与实际状况作了总的概括,然后从产业组织角度分析了我国市场结构分散化和市场绩效差的主要原因,最后在比较分析的基础上,提出了我国产业组织政策取向的几点建议.

| Abstract: | In this paper, we try to discuss the controversy about market structure and its varying patterns on Chinese industrial organization theory. We then examined the major reasons leading to low concentration ratio of market structure and bad market performances. Basing on our analysis, we made some policy suggestions on transforming the market structure in China . |
