| 摘 要： | 网络环境下建立党员发展教育服务平台已成为必然要求，嘉兴学院红船先锋党员教育服务平台具有教育内容广泛、时效性强，教育考察测评便捷、实录性强的特点，对学生党员的党员意识培养具有促进作用，实现了党员服务、课程学习、实践考核、日常管理、网络调查等5大功能。为保证党员教育服务平台的正常运转及后期维护，须配备综合性人才进行专人管理，并保证专项资金的投入。
