| Abstract: | To establish a reasonable structure of public expenditure,we must first of all make clear the critical factors that affect expendi- ture structure,analyse and grasp the relationship between them,and then we can regulate and optimize the structure of public expendi- ture to promote economic and social development.Just for this purpose,this paper analyses such factors as government function,stage of economic development,scale of financial expenditure,institutional change and the economic policy of a country that influence public ex- penditure in economic development,and puts forward some suggestions about the regulation and optimizatoin of the financial expenditure structure of our country. |
