| 摘 要： | 中国的经济总量能够跃居世界第二位，民营企业是立下汗马功劳的。民企还要向前发展，现在面临着三个方面的创新：第一是技术创新；第二是体制创新，民企还存在着必须马上告别“官商合作”的体制问题，民企是靠邓小平的市场经济理论支撑起来的；第三是理念创新，民企是草根经济，正因为是草根才有强大的生命力。

| Abstract: | China’s economy,the second largest in the world,private enterprise is established a lot.Private enterprises but also to move forward,now faces three aspects of innovation:firstly,technical innovation; Secondly,institutional innovation,private enterprises also must immediately say goodbye to the institutional issues of the cooperation of officials and businessmen,private enterprises rely on Deng Xiaoping’s market economy theoretical support;Thirdly,the concept of innovation,private enterprise is the grassroots economy, because of the grassroots have strong vitality. |
