| 摘 要： | 工业时代以来,人力资源管理部门一直不曾发生重大变化。但在新技术时代,人力资源管理部门则被要求做出彻底改变。美国管理专家托马斯.斯图尔特对新技术时代人力资源管理部门发展趋势进行了较为现实的分析,其研究成果具有现实意义,我国企业人力资源管理部门应学习并加以借鉴。
