中小企业是推动国民经济发展,构造市场经济主体,促进社会稳定的基础力量。特别是当前,在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现科教兴国、优化经济结构等方面,均发挥着越来越重要的作用。但也应看到,融资问题已成为制约中小企业发展的最大障碍和瓶颈。基于制度经济学的研究视角,通过交易费用理论、产权理论及强制性制度变迁理论对中小企业融资难问题进行剖析。

From the Perspective of Institutional Economics Analysis on Financing Problems of Small and Medium Enterprises

Small and medium enterprises is to promote the development of the national economy, constructing the subject of market economy, promoting the foundation of social stability. At present, ensure that the modest growth of the national economy and alleviate employment pressures, realizing national rejuvenation through science and education, optimizing the economic structure, and so on, are playing an increasingly important role. It should be noted, has become the biggest obstacle restricting the development of small and medium enterprises financing problems and bottlenecks, this article is based on institutional economics perspective, through the transaction cost theory, theory of property rights and compulsory institutional change theory to analysis on the financing problems of small and medium enterprises.
