摘    要:资源与能力互补在成为协同创新重要驱动力的同时,也肯定了创新主体的资源与能力客观上存在差异,这一差异是否对协同创新行为决策产生影响、资源与能力优势是否意味着高的创新努力水平,成为推进协同创新首先需要回答的问题。引入行为经济学锚定效应理论,将初始知识积累水平作为资源差异和决策参照,从知识积累角度构建锚定效益影响下的创新收益与创新投入模型。通过模型演算得到,与通常认为的不一致的是,高初始知识积累水平可能对创新努力程度产生负面影响,联盟中创新努力程度高的主体并非那些初始知识积累水平高的主体;高初始知识积累水平在联盟形成的初始阶段有助于提升号召力,但委托方高学习效率在联盟运行后更易激发协作方的“搭便车”行为。通过算例和案例对模型结论进行验证。

Research on the Influence Given by Knowledge Accumulation on Innovation Decision Based on Anchoring Theory
Abstract:The complementation of resource and capability is both the force of cooperation innovation and the proof of difference on resource and capability. Whether the difference would play influence on cooperation innovation decision and whether the advantage of resource and capability would produce positive innovation are key problems in cooperation innovation. Anchoring theory is introduced and innovation profit model and innovation investment model are built up on foundation of knowledge accumulation which is viewed as embody of resource difference and reference of innovation decision. The conclusions are that high knowledge accumulation gives negative influence on the willing of hard-working in innovation and positive bodies are those with low knowledge accumulation instead of those with high knowledge accumulation. And high knowledge accumulation is helpful for shaping of cooperation innovation alliance while high learning efficiency would lower the willing of resource investment. Example and case are used in model test.
