Research on Interruptible Load Participate in the Reserve Market under Natural Gas Market

Interruptible load as an effective peak -shaving measure, can be regarded as a system reserve capacity in the market environment. Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts of the interruptible load and the difference of interruptible load design between natural gas market and electricity market, and then based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, a decision-making model of an alternate interruptible load of reserve market. Finally, a numerical case analysis shows that the model has good practicality and rationality, provides useful ideas for the natural gas reserve market to choose interruptible load. This study have good promotion for the natural gas terminal market implement demand-side management.
