| 摘 要： | 研究了国外发达国家科技评估的方法和措施,分析了我国科技评估过程中存在的种种弊端,提出了从科技评估范围界定、科技评估机构建设以及不同科技成果的评估方式等方面,逐步建立和完善国家科技评估体系的具体措施。

Build the Evaluation System of Technology in China Based on Learning Assessment Experienoe of Technology from Developed Countries |

| Abstract: | The ineffective evaluation system of technology will impair the quality and efficiency of innovation. The author has studied the evaluation ways of science and technology, and analysed all kinds of imperfect evalution ways of technology. It has been supposed that definrition of evaluation of technology,building assessment institudes of technology and deviceing the evaluation ways of technology are important to build and perfect the evalution system of technology in China. |
