| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,科技创新的难度不断加大,需要科技创新领军人物引领创新团队去实现创新目标。在分析科技创新领军人物人力资本分层的基础上,深入探究其人力资本存在的特征,提出作为高新技术的发明者、创新价值的实现者和持续创新的反哺者的科技创新领军人物人力资本创新效用。

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy era, technological innovation is becoming increasingly difficult, which calls for the technological innovation leader to lead the team to achieve the goal of innovation. This paper tries to classify the human capital of technological innovation leader, then mine the core traits of its human capital. After that innovative effectiveness of its human capital is put forward as who invent high-tech, realize the value of innovation and nurture the sustainable development. |
