我国非营利组织的薪酬模式设计研究

摘    要:随着市场经济的发展和政府职能的转变,非营利组织开始承担原来一直由政府管理的社会公共事务的部分职责。合理有效的薪酬体系,可以激发员工的工作热情,提高工作效益,充分发挥非营利组织在社会保障建设中的积极作用。针对我国非营利组织及其薪酬制度的现状,设计出具有中国特色的非营利组织的薪酬模式是本文要探讨的重要问题。

Abstract:With ganization began the development of market economy and the transformation of government functions, non - profit organization began to assume the part of the responsibilities of public affairs that had been managed by the government?. Reasonable and effective Compensation system can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve work efficiency and give full play a positive role in building China' s social security. View of the status of non - profit organi- zations and pay system, designing the pay model of non - profit organizations with Chinese characteristics is the important issue that this paper discusses.
