| 摘 要： | 显著增强自主创新能力,是大力实施“科技兴地”战略的关键,文章在阐述现阶段国土资源科技创新能力建设面临的挑战的基础上,提出了未来国土资源科技发展对自主创新能力建设的迫切需求和着力实现的突破口,明确指出为全面推进国土资源自主创新能力建设,需要打造国土资源七大基础支撑平台,即建立科技创新平台、技术攻关与示范平台、科技成果转化与应用平台、科技成果信息共享服务平台、科技人才队伍建设平台、国土资源科学普及平台、科技管理基础平台。

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the measures required for forging ahead with the ability for self-innovation of land resources based on analysis of the current challenge.The main measures of focus include: establish the platform for technological innovation,the platform for technological breakthrough and demonstration,the platform for the commercialization and application of research findings,service platform for sharing the information of scientific and technological achievements,the platform for building a contingent of skilled personnel,the platform for land resource scientific popularization,basic platform for management of science and technology. |
