| Abstract: | From the three dimensions of the staff personal attribute,work attribute and organization attribute,around the delay behavior of the staff,the paper discussed the inherent behavior features of the staff work delay and the interrelationship.Ac cordingly the paper provided the control tactics of the enterprise to control the staff work delay. |
