摘    要:为了切实有效地防范人力资源管理中可能出现的各种法律风险,重庆能源集团南桐矿业有限责任公司积极探索人力资源法律风险管控模式,抓好员工招聘、员工培训、规章制度、薪酬管理、劳动合同签订、劳动合同履行和变更、劳动合同解除或终止7个环节的风险管控工作,减少了劳动争议纠纷,构建了和谐稳定的劳动关系。

Abstract:In order to practically and effectively prevent different legal risks occurred in the human resources management, Nan- tong Mining Company Limited of Chongqing Energy Group is actively discover the legal risk management and control modes of the human resources to well make the staff employment, staff training, rules and regulations, salary management, labor contract signing, labor contract execution and alteration, labor contract dissolution or termination and other risk management and control work. The labor argument and dispute was reduced and a harmonious and stable labor relationship was established.
