| Abstract: | in combination with the backfill mining successfully applied in Jizhong Energy Resources Company Limited,maxi mum limit realization of the energy high efficient development and clean utilization,water and soil environment protection and waste water resource utilization,circulated economy developed with the optimized industrial chain,industrial waste gas resource utilization and other idea and practices,the paper analyzed the implemented access to construct the ecological mine with the low carbon. |
