摘    要:针对国有企业人才成长通道狭窄、专业技术技能人才短缺、人才流失率高等问题,临矿集团将人才作为企业发展最重要的战略资源,科学地设计出管理、技术、技能3条人才成长通道的培养模式,建立起了独具特色的临矿金色"职业锚",人才成长从"独木桥"发展到3通道,人才成长渠道呈现出良好发展格局,为企业可持续发展培养储备了大批优秀人才。

Abstract:According to the narrow talent growth channel of the state owned enterprises, the shortage of the professional technical and skillful talent, high talent loss rate and other problems, Linyi Mining Group considered the talent as the most important strategic resources of the enterprise development, scientifically designed the training mode of the three talent growth channels with management, technology and technical skill, established the unique feature golden "professional anchor" of Linyi Mining. The talent growth was developed from a single-plank bridge" to three channels. The talent growth channel is in a smooth and excellent manner and could train and store large numbers of the excellent talents for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
