摘    要:文章提出了基于价值创造的企业行为过程理论模型。在此基础上,指出了企业构成;深入研究了企业能力及其提升:剖析了持续竞争优势形成的内在机理与外在标志。最后,形成了基于价值创造的企业构成、能力、持续竞争优势与市场位势的内在逻辑关系模型。

Abstract:This paper presents a theoretical model of enterprise operation based on value creation. With an analysis of the enterprise composition, it probes into the enterprise capability and its development and analyzes the internal mechanism and external symbols of the sustained competitive edge. Finally there forms a theoretical model of the internal logical relationship between enterprise composition, capability, sustained competitive edge and market status.
