浅谈我国高校教育管理模式的创新

高校教育管理对于高校管理目标和人才培养目标的实现具有极为重要的意义。当前,随着经济全球化、政治多极化、社会信息化、文化多样化、价值多元化的发展,以及我国高等教育从精英教育向大众化、普及化方向发展,这些发展变化使高校教育管理活动产生了新的问题。本文通过分析这些问题,并提出了几点高校教育管理的创新措施。

Innovation of Higher Education Management Model

Higher education management is significant to the realization of college management objectives and the objective of cultivating talents.At present,with the economy globalization,political multi-polarization,social informationization,cultural diversity,value diversified development,as well as our country higher education develops from elite education to mass education,these development and changes causes new problems in higher education management activities.Through the analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward some innovation measures of college education management.
