大学数学建模有效教学的组织行为

摘    要:一个大学最重要的使命,就是培养创新型人才。教学行为直接影响着教学效果,有效教学是课改的一个重要理念。数学建模竞赛是培养大学生创新思维、拼搏进取和团结协作精神的一个有效平台,是培养创新型人才的重要举措。本文主要结合数学建模培训和有效课堂教学,探讨课堂中教师的组织行为。

Abstract:The most important mission of a university is to cultivate innovative talents.Teaching behavior directly affects the teaching effect.The effective teaching is an important concept of the teaching reform.CUMCM is an effective platform of training students about innovative thinking,effective platform and cooperation.It is the important measures to train innovative talents.In this paper,we discuss the organizational behavior of teachers in classroom by CUMCM training and effective classroom teaching.
