摘    要:现阶段我国机电设备运营系统凸显了一系列瓶颈问题,在很大程度上制约了其的稳定、协调、高效运转。在坚持"安全第一、防控为主、系统治理、全面提升"的指导原则下,切实合理地进行机电设备安装管理架构体系的改进升级,拓宽设计施工的途径,从而实现机电设备运营系统的安全、稳定、长效发展。

Abstract:In this stage,China's mechanical and electrical equipment operating systems highlights a series of bottlenecks which largely restrict its stable,coordinate,and efficient operation.By adhering to the guiding principle of "safety first,prevention and control-based,systematic governance,overall upgrade",we should reasonably and effectively system improve and upgrade the electrical and mechanical equipment installation management structure system,broaden the way of the design and construction,thereby achieving the safe,stable and long-term development.
