| 摘 要： | 变电运行反事故演习是模拟电力生产中的事故现象,组织演习人员按真实的事故处理流程进行处理,让有经验的运行人员对演习的全过程进行观摩,对演习方案及演习人员的演练过程进行评价,总结成功经验,发现演习中存在的问题或不足并加以改进。可以检验运行人员处理事故的能力,能使运行人员进一步熟悉设备,掌握迅速处理事故和异常现象的正确方法。在保证电网安全稳定运行中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The substation running anti-accident maneuver is the accident phenomenon of analog electric power production,organizes exercise personnel to deal with the accident according to the real accident treatment process,lets experienced staff to observe the exercise process,and evaluates the exercise scheme and exercise personnel's practice process,summarizes successful experience,and finds out the problems or inadequate existing in the exercise.The substation running anti-accident maneuver can test the capability of dealing with accidents,can make the operation personnel further familiar with equipment,grasp the right way to deal with the accident and abnormal phenomena rapidly,and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid. |
