| 摘 要： | 信息公开是法治社会和民主政治的重要标志,政府信息公开对规范政府行为、推进民主建设和促进社会和谐具有十分重要的意义。《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》规定国家档案馆作为"政府信息查阅场所之一",明确了档案其在政府信息公开中的地位。在新形势下,本文主要分析了政府信息公开对档案部门(档案馆)、对档案法律法规和对档案信息资源开发利用的影响。

| Abstract: | Information disclosure is an important symbol of law society and democracy.The government information openness has the extremely vital significance to standardize the government's behavior,promote democratic construction and promote harmonious society.In The Law of the People's Republic of China,it regulates that the national archives is one place of government information consulting and reading,clears about the role of file in the government information publicity.In the new situation,this paper mainly analyzes the influence of government information openness on the file department(archives),the archives laws and regulations,and the file information resources development and utilization. |
