企业间关系承诺研究述评

摘    要:面对日趋激烈的市场竞争与复杂多样的客户需求,企业必须与其上下游企业建立紧密关系,以降低成本,更好地满足市场需求,进而提高核心竞争力。培养并形成企业间关系承诺是提高企业核心竞争力、促进合作的有效方式之一。总结了企业间关系承诺的理论渊源和研究视角,梳理了企业间关系承诺的影响因素和中介效应研究成果,并作出了简要评述与展望。

Abstract:Along with increasingly fierce market competition and complex and diverse customer needs ,enterprises must build close relationship with upstream and downstream enterprises ,through building close relationship ,which can reduce costs and improve core competitiveness to response to competition and to meet market demand better .Therefore ,the cul‐tivating and the forming inter‐enterprise relationship commitment is one of the effective ways to improve core competitive‐ness and increase cooperation .This paper summarized the theory origin and the research perspective of inter‐enterprise re‐lationship commitment ,and combed research on the influencing factors and the mediating effect of inter‐enterprise rela‐tionship commitment at home and abroad ,then the paper put forward the shortcomings in existing research about inter‐en‐terprise relationship commitment ,pointed out the research direction of inter‐enterprise relationship commitment for fu‐ture .
