| 摘 要： | 在现代信息技术支持下，网络型知识组织成员跨时空的隐性知识交互逐渐成为常态。时空交错的复杂性和隐性知识的默会性使这一过程存在不可避免的知识损失，如何减少合作过程中的知识损失成为网络型组织知识管理的难点。界定隐性知识流转网成员错时空合作的内涵，并进行分类和举例，运用种群生态模型对错时空合作的知识损失进行描述和解释，分析了知识损失与情境依赖性、知识共振性以及媒介还原性的关系，在此基础上，提出减少成员错时空合作知识损失的对策建议。
