吸收能力与制度合法性视角下企业集团隶属公司国际化对创新绩效的影响

企业集团是新兴市场中的普遍现象。以创新理论为基础，分析了吸收能力、制度合法性对企业集团创新绩效的影响机制。研究发现：吸收能力正向调节企业国际化程度与创新绩效之间的关系；企业集团属性削弱了国际化程度对创新绩效的促进作用；然而，追求制度合法性减弱了企业集团的这种消极影响。

A Study on Impacts of Internationalization of Group Affiliated Firms on Innovation Performance f rom a Combination Perspective of Absorptive Capacities and Institutional Legitimacy

The phenomenon of business groups is a common in emerging markets .Based on innovation theories ,this paper analyzes the influencing mechanism of the absorptive capacities ,institutional legitimacy on innovation performance of busi‐ness groups .It finds that the absorptive capacities positively moderates the relationship between the degree of internation‐alization of firms and their innovation performance .A firm's business group affiliation weakens the promotion of the degree of internationalization on the innovation performance .However ,pursuing institutional legitimacy slows down thus negative effects of business groups .
