知识领地行为、知识共享与个人创新关系模型研究

个体知识与领地意识结合引发的知识领地行为，为组织内知识共享与转移、个人创新能力等相关研究提供了新的切入点。根据国内外相关文献，梳理了知识领地行为的内涵与结构，在此基础上，对知识领地行为与个人创新的关系进行了理论推演，并引入知识共享这一中介变量，构建了一个完整模型，对知识领地行为、知识共享与个人创新的作用机理进行了初步探讨，为后续实证分析奠定了基础。研究发现，不同知识领地行为对于个人创新发挥的效用不同；知识共享在知识领地行为与个人创新的关系中发挥中介作用。

A Study of the Relational Model of Knowledge Territorial Behaviors,Knowledge Sharing and Individual Innovation

The knowledge territorial behaviors combining individual knowledge and territorial consciousness provide a new point of entry for the study of knowledge sharing and transfer as well as individual innovation ability in an organization . The connotations and structure of knowledge territorial behaviors were sorted out in this paper through a summary of re-lated documents both in China and from abroad ,upon which the relationship between knowledge territorial behaviors and individual innovation was deduced from previous theories .At the same time ,a whole model was set up by introducing the medium of knowledge sharing to explore the functional mechanism of knowledge territorial behaviors ,knowledge sharing and individual innovation ,and to lay a foundation for later empirical analysis .Through this study ,we can see the different knowledge territorial behaviors have different effects on individual innovation .Meanwhile ,knowledge sharing is a medium of knowledge territorial behaviors and individual innovation .
