新产品开发中创新社区客户知识管理研究

摘    要:定义了创新社区,描述了创新社区中知识获取和知识创新的过程。结合网络环境下新产品开发中客户知识管理特征,以小米科技MIUI的开发过程为案例,总结归纳了新产品开发中创新社区客户知识管理方法,并详细阐述了具体的应用流程和实施方法。

Abstract:Innovation community is defined and the process of knowledge acquisition and knowledge innovation in it is de‐scribed .Considering the characteristics of new product development and customer knowledge management under Internet environment and taking the development process of MIUI as a case ,a customer knowledge management method based on user innovation community in NPD is developed ,and the application process and method of it are analyzed in detail .
