| Abstract: | Based on the experience of fiscal investment in science and technology from the overseas ,the paper mainly re‐searches on the following aspects of Hubei fiscal investment system in science and technology including the structure of fis‐cal investment in science and technology ,the way of fiscal investment in science and technology and the methods of distrib‐uting finance funds in science and technology .T he paper proposes some countermeasures to accelerate the financial input mechanism innovation . |
