创新环境、技术未来价值与企业创新开放程度

建立适宜的创新环境以促进企业提高开放度，充分发挥开放式创新的效应，具有重要现实意义。以往研究多从技术现有价值探讨开放得失对于企业开放性行为选择的影响，而未考虑技术未来价值的作用。基于技术未来价值构建了企业开放度决策模型，在创新环境优劣两种情景下进行模拟分析。研究表明:在创新环境优时，现有技术未来价值越高，企业越倾向于采取开放策略；在创新环境劣时，企业开放往往是不完全的，且随着企业劣势的扩大，更倾向于采取封闭式策略。由此，提出了创新补贴形式、搭建信息共享平台、建立补贴申请及项目收益评价新机制的政策建议。

Information Environment,Technology Future Value and Firm Innovation Openness Degree

It has great practical significance to establish a suitable environment so as to improve the firm innovation open‐ness degree for the full role of the open innovation effect .In the previous research ,the effect of the gains and losses of the openness to the firm's behavior choice is based on the existing value ,without considering the future value of the role of technology .In this paper ,the openness degree decision model is constructed on the future value of the technology and the simulation is analyzed according to the information sharing or not .It is showed that ,on the condition of full information sharing ,the higher of the future value of the existing technology ,the more likely the open policy will be adopted .On the condition of information not sharing ,the openness is often incomplete ,and with the expansion of firm's disadvantage ,the closed strategy is more likely be adopted .Accordingly ,the policy implications such as the innovation of the form of subsi‐dies ,the setup of the information sharing platform ,and the establishment of the subsidy policy implications for and the rev‐enue of the project evaluation mechanism are be proposed .
