跨组织科研合作中知识协同过程模型研究

摘    要:重大科技计划或项目是开展跨组织科研合作的重要平台,而科研合作中突破性创新的涌现则主要归因于大规模、高质量的知识协同。明确了重大项目背景下跨组织科研合作的概念,阐释了该类合作中知识协同的内涵,提出了跨组织科研合作中“场”的运转分布模型,建立了单个“场”的知识协同过程模型,分析了“场”之间存在的多种相互作用,并进一步利用自组织临界性理论构建了“场系统”由局部知识协同向整体知识协同演进的过程模型,最后对促进跨组织科研合作的整体知识协同提出了思路和建议。

Abstract:Major science and technology plans or projects are important platforms for inter‐organizational scientific collabo‐ration ,and breakthroughs in the scientific collaboration is mainly attributed to large‐scale ,high quality knowledge syner‐gy .This paper makes clear the concept of scientific collaboration in the background of major projects ,and illustrates the connotation of knowledge synergy in scientific collaboration .Ba's operating and distribution model is proposed .Micro‐process model of knowledge synergy in every single ba is constructed ,a variety of interactions between bas are extracted , then the model of evolving process from partial knowledge synergy to overall knowledge synergy is further framed using the theory of self‐organized criticality .Finally ,ideas and suggestions for promoting overall knowledge synergy in scientific collaborations are put forw ard .
