创客空间商业模式实证研究

“创客运动”正以独特的方式和效率影响着企业的商业形态，其所构建的物理空间已成为企业创意摇篮、创业孵化池和创新服务平台。在商业模式创新层面，高效率、系统化和科学化的商业模式是驱动企业快速发展的加速器；在创客空间构建层面，研究创客空间商业模式有助于促进企业技术转移机制创新和推动国家创新战略的实施。通过对国内外成功运营的创客空间商业模式进行研究，总结了公益性社区模式、专业化区域模式和生态链式连锁模式3种创客空间的典型商业模式，可为发展创客空间提供有益参考。

Empirical Research of Gen Guest Room Business Model

The efficiency and business form of enterprises were influenced by "maker movement" in special ways .Maker space has become the cradle of business innovation ,business incubator and service platform for innovation .In the aspect of business model innovation ,high efficiency ,systematic and scientific business model is the accelerator of the rapid develop-ment of enterprises .In the aspect of space construction ,the business model of maker space is helpful to promote the inno-vation of enterprise technology transfer mechanism and the implementation of national innovation strategy .Based on the successful operation of domestic and foreign business model research ,this paper analyzes the public welfare community model ,the professional regional model and the ecological chain of three kinds of typical business model ,in order to provide reference to an agency which plan to launch the maker space .
