| 摘 要： | 基于1996-2011年相关面板数据，分析了高技术产品贸易、R&D经费支出和科研人员投入对中国高技术产业企业技术创新能力的影响。研究结果表明：高技术产品进口对中国企业技术创新能力的促进作用大于出口；从地域效应来看，东部地区受到高技术产品进出口的影响高于中部和西部地区。

| Abstract: | The paper used panel data from 1996-2011 of Hi-Tech industry to analyze the influence of Hi-Tech products ex-port and import ,R&D expenditure and research personnel on the Chinese enterprises'technology innovation capacity .The empirical result states that Hi-Tech products export and import has positive effect on technology innovation capacity ,in which the influence of import is stronger than that of the export .In addition ,the Hi-Tech products trade has relatively more significant impact in eastern district than in middle and western district . |
