| 摘 要： | 本文从我国国有金融资产管理的现状与问题入手,对在我国建立金融国资委的必要性和可行性展开了分析和讨论,在对比分析了国际上现有国资管理体制的基础上,就在我国现有国情下如何建立金融国资委提出了设想与建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of establishing state-owned financial assets supervision and administration commission by analyzing the current status and problems in the management of China' s state-owned financial assets.After comparing China' s management system with those popular in the world,this paper advances some assumptions and proposals concerning how to establish state-owned financial assets supervision and administration commission under China' s current situations. |
