| 摘 要： | 社团所有制企业是一种特殊的公有制企业。在市场经济环境下，社团所有制企业所面临的外在环境已同计划经济时代公有制企业（国有制或集体所有制）大为不同。利用一个博弈分析框架，研究其在市场经济环境下的运行机制可发现，是社团所有制企业本身的特点为其运行提供了动力机制。
