| Abstract: | Korean policies to attract foreign direct investment have experienced great changes from negative to positive.This paper gives a systematic account of the changes of Korean FDI policies and its achievements,analyzes the structure of Korean inward FDI and its institution for promoting FDI,and summarizes the lessons that China should learn from the practice of Korea's attracting FDI. |
