摘    要:市场营销渠道的功能是有效地进行商品流转 ,基于对渠道策略焦点问题的分析 ,我国企业在建立渠道网络时 ,应合理平衡成本与服务水平的关系 ,建立完整的关系营销渠道 ;选择适合企业发展的终端销售网点的密度决策 ;对销售渠道进行有效的评价 ;形成垂直营销系统

Abstract:One of functions of marketing is to improve goods circulation and try to balance the amount of supply and demand in business activities. Based on an analysis in the problem of marketing channel strategy, which is focused by the field of the study, I believe that companies should make the balance between cost and service level while marketing channel net is built, try to establish some perfect channels in relationship marketing, select suitable density decisions for company sale-net and evaluate the channels according to upper states, so as to form a whole vertical marketing system which contains the channels of a company both in its front-wards and its back-wards.
