| 摘 要： | 通过对“三农问题”某些认识偏差的分析,指出解决“三农问题”的根本出路在于城镇化。同时,分析和总结了过去农村城镇化建设的经验教训,提出加快城镇化进程的对策设想,即抓住一个关键和解决两个基础性问题。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis on some misunderstandings concerning the rural agrarian peasant problems,this paper points out that the key solution to the problems lies in urbanization.Experience of urbanization in the past has been discussed,and policy suggestions proposed with importance attached to solving two fundamental problems. |
