| 摘 要： | 人力资源是区域经济发展的源泉和核心驱动力,人力资源只有与区域经济市场化程度相协调、与区域产业结构相适应,才能促使人力资源发挥其巨大效能。为此,应优化区域人力资源配置;注重人力资源区域共享机制建设;合理配置人力资源以促进区域经济协调发展。

| Abstract: | Human resources are a source of regional economic development and the core driving force,human resources and regional economic market only degree of coordination,in line with regional industrial structure,promote human resources can play its tremendous performance.Therefore,we should optimize regional distribution of human resources;strengthen training,the introduction and use of the mechanism for talent;the importance of human resources regional sharing mechanism building;improve regional human resources management system,a reasonable allocation of human resources in order to promote coordinated development of regional economy. |
