| 摘 要： | 商标法新加坡条约是世界知识产权组织在商标法领域的最新立法,该条约即将生效.新加坡条约在许多方面对旧有条约作出了修改,体现了商标法的发展方向.新加坡条约承认新型商标,加入电子申请的内容,并对实际使用、商标许可备案、执行业务的期限上作出新的规定.我国已签署了该条约,但尚未递交批准书.我国现正进行商标法的第三次修改,应当综合考查新加坡条约所确立的制度对我国商标法的影响,研究加入该条约后实施这些规定的制度措施.

| Abstract: | STLT is the newest trademark law treaty of WIPO,and soon it will take into force.STLT has many amendments and shows the way trademark law will take in the future.STLT acknowledges non-traditional trademarks,communications in electronic form and gives new regulation on actual use,recordal of a license and time limits.China has signed the treaty,but has not deposited instrument of ratification or accession.China Trademark Law is now undergoing amendment.More study should give on STLT. |
