| 摘 要： | 共青团组织加强对大学生的创新教育,有利于营造校园创新环境,培养大学生创新意识和团结协作精神。当前要加大宣传力度,加强创新团队建设,以基层团支部为依托,建立科学的组织管理体系,注重实践育人,并设立创新基金,建立激励评价机制,以激发大学生的创新热情,提高其创新能力。
