| 摘 要： | 大学生“健康型”体育生活,是丰富大学生文化、娱乐消遣的一个重要方面,是健康文明的一种生活方式。高校应树立“健康第一”的思想,改善体育环境,开辟第二课堂,重视体育欣赏,培养大学生健康的体育生活方式。
