农户兼业及其对农村土地流转的影响——一个分析框架

农村土地流转市场发展缓慢不利于农村土地资源的合理配置和农村经济的可持续发展。以往的研究通常从土地产权残缺和农户的土地情节等角度来分析土地流转,但是,这种解释是不全面的。本文在一个成本收益分析的框架下,从土地供给的角度分析了土地流转市场发展缓慢和地区不平衡的原因。目前在农村,农户存在两个选择:要么完全外出,将土地投入流转市场;要么兼业,减少或者停止向流转市场供给土地。因此,土地的供给是农户在兼业和外出之间权衡的结果。

Concurrent Business of Farmers and Its Effects on Circulation of Rural Lands: An Analytical Framework

The less developed market of circulation of rural lands is harmful to proper allocation of rural land and the sustainable development of rural economy. The preceding researches have analyzed the circulation of rural lands from the angle of property rights, however, these explanations are not complete. This paper analyzes the circulation of rural lands from the angle of land supply under a framework of cost-benefit. There are two options for the farmers in the contemporary rural China, putting their land into circulation market or taking concurrent business. The trade-off between these two options determines the supply of rural land.
