| 摘 要： | 公路建设在重视技术经济指标和工程质量的同时,其建设全过程的安全符合性也应受到足够重视。交通安全审计的提出对提高寒区公路的安全性具有积极意义。本文通过比较公路建设项目安全评价的方法及所适用工作阶段,详细论证了适合寒区公路建设全过程安全评价的道路安全审计方法。 |

| Abstract: | The technical-economic index and engineering quality of highway construction is paid attention to, and the safety of highway construction whole process simultaneously is taken into account. As concerning some methods of road safety assessment and their accommodations, the method of road safety audit is suggested, which can adapt to the highway construction project in cold area. |
