| 摘 要： | 非营利精神,影响着非营利组织的价值取向和行为方式,它的产生基于一定的文化基础。我国非营利组织中非营利精神的重塑影响着这些组织今后的发展,而精神的重塑又应当考虑宗旨、动机、愿景、影响、品牌等综合因素。

| Abstract: | The non-profit mentality,formed on the basis of some certain culture,is the value orientation and behavioral pattern that will affect nonprofit organizations.In China,the reformation of nonprofit mentality in non-profit organizations will affect the later development of these organizations,while the reformation of non-profit mentality should be considered from some comprehensive elements,like purpose,motive,desire,influence,brand and so on. |
