| Abstract: | This paper gives a mathematical proof to the method of evaluations with closed loop in the transportation problems and its economic explanation.It further discusses that the ＂0＂ element cannot be added randomly under the circumstance of degradation in the transportation problems,and gives specific examples and methods. |
